Be Kind to Your Mind Yoga with Julie

I am really excited to be presenting this first 'Be Kind to Your Mind' five week audio yoga course.

I really hope it will be useful for you at this particularly challenging time. 

Audio allows us to get away from the screen for a while - to focus within, notice what's going on, and use mindful techniques to calm and balance the nervous system.

So, in this gentle and guided course, I am going to be introducing you to some very simple but effective practices that we can use to quiet the mind and bring us into a more calm, centered and grounded place.

The first class is going to be a seated practice, working on gentle, mindful movement, beginning to tune into our body, breath and to the here and now.
