As lockdown eases “normal” is changing again;  meaning, we will have to get used to a “new normal”. Uncertainty, and managing risk, is going to be part of life for the foreseeable future for all of us. As we face both challenges and opportunities, we may find these longed-for changes difficult for our mental health.

For many of us, this feels uncomfortable – especially when we are already struggling to cope with our mental health.

In this course we will explore ways to manage our anxiety and stress during this challenging time.
