Dream catcher

Each week is based on one of the 5 pathways to nature connectedness (contact/senses, beauty, emotion, compassion, meaning) and will use techniques such as nature-based mindfulness, creative activities, and journaling to help us connect with nature more meaningfully.   

Developing our connection to nature in this way can help us to regulate our emotions, relieve stress and anxiety, and to find joy and meaning in the every day. 

Learning outcomes will include:

Gain an understanding of the 5 pathways of nature connection and how these can help our wellbeing. 

Learn how to integrate the 5 pathways into daily life.


The course will be open to 9 participants. We are asking participants to commit to all 6 sessions if possible.
