This course is a basic introduction to eating well and how we can help support our physical and mental wellbeing through better food choices. Sessions will include a brief outline of current guidelines to eating well, based on current UK recommendations but discussing other alternatives. 

We will look at the foods we typically eat and see if there are ways we could improve our diet, in a way which is acceptable to us. We will have an informal discussion around our thoughts and how we feel about food in a friendly, supportive and non-judgmental way. We will share tips and ideas with and focus on budget friendly options or cheaper alternatives to popular brands.
