  • Before the course starts...


    Hello everyone!

    Welcome to the 6 week course in Nature Connectedness. 

    We just wanted to touch base before we started, so that you know what to expect. 

    The course is taking place for 6 weeks, each Tuesday from the 20th April to the 25th May. We will meet each week for a live and interactive session here on Moodle. You will need to bring a few items with you to the session - you can find further details about what you need to bring under each of the weeks. There are then a few activities for you to complete at home in between our sessions. 

    We ask that you commit to attending all 6 sessions if possible.

    We also ask that you complete the attached wellbeing flower before the start of the course, and again at the end. This is so we can evaluate to see if the course is helping people.
